Every organization handles their international employees differently. Some larger organizations have a central / international global mobility policy for Long Term Assignees, Short Term Assignees, Commuters, Business Travellers and Remote working. Other organizations did not arrange anything. In addition, some companies have their own global mobility department and others have decentralized everything to local HR departments.
