How mature is the HR department within the organization?

Every organization handles their international employees differently. Some larger organizations have a central / international global mobility policy for Long Term Assignees, Short Term Assignees, Commuters, Business Travellers and Remote working. Other organizations did not arrange anything. In addition, some companies have their own global mobility department and others have decentralized everything to local HR departments.

We like to work with HR teams to look at short- and long-term needs and the organization’s level of maturity in global mobility. We offer global mobility scans and help set up policies and processes.
