We are the personal guide for employees on an international adventure. Our experienced staff understands the unique needs of internationals and their families and takes care of them. By using our relocation services, employees can focus on their work and building a new life.

We help find (temporary) housing in the new location and obtain the proper immigration papers. Practical matters such as applying for a BSN, bank account and (health) insurance are in good hands with us. For families with children, we arrange childcare and schooling. We also apply for 30% rulings and offer assistance with income tax returns.

Our one-stop shop for relocation, immigration, 30% and tax services provides a unique employee experience.
We always start with an intake when the employee is still abroad. We will then discuss the family situation, housing needs and the immigration process (if necessary). On average, we are often involved in a relocation for 3 months, from initial contact to check-in of the new home and decision on the 30% ruling application. In countries other than the Netherlands, the process can take longer, though, mainly due to longer immigration processes.
In principle, you can do this, but this may present challenges when registering in the Municipal Records Database (GBA). In fact, the worker is required to register with a municipality within 5 days of arrival. When registering, you must be able to register at an address. At many hotels and Airbnb addresses, this is not possible. Need help? Please feel free to contact us.
This is not always possible and depends on the municipality where the organization is located. This is possible in some municipalities. However, there is a registration procedure that must be followed. Would you like more information about this? If so, please contact us.
An employee who does not live in the Netherlands and/or comes to the Netherlands for less than 4 months can register as a non-resident. The employee will receive a Citizen Service Number after enrollment. Would you like to receive more information about the application process? If so, please contact us.
If an employee lives abroad and is still unsure about where to settle, a look & see trip is helpful. We plan an itinerary and go out with the employee (and family) and visit various cities/neighborhoods. Visiting schools is often a part of this. This allows the employee to make a good decision.
