Timely

We provide a quick and efficient process. Immigration that is not arranged in time has a major impact, both personally for the employee and business-wise for the employer.
We always start with an intake when the employee is still abroad. We will then discuss the family situation, housing needs and the immigration process. We immediately start the immigration application and information gathering process. If all information is complete, obtaining a knowledge migrant permit takes 2-4 weeks.
In principle, this is possible within the EU, provided the employee has EU nationality. Outside the EU, it depends on local laws regarding visas and work permits. Keep in mind that there may (also) be tax and social security implications. Need advice? Please feel free to contact.

If an employee with a non-EU nationality travels to the Netherlands, a visa may be required. This depends on the nationality of the employee. A Dutch visa can be applied for at the Dutch embassy or consulate in the employee’s country of residence.
As a recognized sponsor, you are required to report an employee who has knowledge migrant status and leaves employment to the IND within 28 days. Failure to do so or forgetting to do so can have consequences such as a warning or fine from the IND.

Is there a global mobility policy with fixed services per type of assignment? Feel free to ask us for a competitive quote. If there is no policy, we are happy to put together an appropriate package together because not every situation is the same. Sometimes a person has EU citizenship and no immigration is needed or the worker has already found housing. In other cases, they fail to find housing, but HR handles the 30% ruling or immigration itself. We are happy to look together at what is needed for optimal support, matching the available budget.
