If you want to employ an international worker as a knowledge migrant in the Netherlands, you must be a recognized referent. For companies that are not (yet) an approved referent, we offer a solution.

Payroll for internationals is complex

We advise on salary processing for international employees. In doing so, we help companies set up a Dutch payroll and remuneration system. For the employee, we can then take care of relocation, immigration and the 30% rule.

For organizations that do not have an office in the Netherlands or are not a recognized sponsor, but want to hire a knowledge migrant, we offer payrolling solutions. The employee is then employed by an existing recognized referent (payrolling BV) and can work for the foreign employer in the Netherlands. Through our immigration services, we can help companies become approved sponsors themselves.

International and remote working

Through our foreign partners, we can pay employees working remotely abroad.
The cost of payrolling is often a conversion factor on the salary. This factor includes such things as employer expenses, pension and absenteeism insurance. The factor depends on the length of contract and the amount of salary. Please contact us for a quote.
Abroad, we do not have payrolling solutions ourselves, but offer them through our EOR (employment of record) partners. In some cases, it is cheaper to set up your own payroll with us locally.
No, this is unfortunately not possible. However, it is possible to temporarily use a payrolling solution and transfer the employee, once the organization has become an approved sponsor. Therefore, any 30% decision should be converted. Here, of course, we can also assist.
With payroll, the employee is employed by the employer itself. With a payrolling solution, the employee is (legally) employed by the payrolling company. For more information, feel free to contact us.l
